Cancellations and Changes

In order to maintain our commitment to all of our guests, TB Tours & Transfers operates a strict cancellation policy:

48 hours or more prior to excursion date - 100% refund.

24 hours or more prior to excursion date - date changes, subject to availability.

Less than 48 hours prior to tour date, as well as no shows and late arrivals - Changes and/or refunds do not apply .

Changes to your reservation or cancellations can be requested via email or send a message to us from the US and Canada at +5213222441670 or from Puerto Vallarta at 322-244-1670. All changes are subject to availability.

For Cruise Ship Guests

Full refund if the cruise misses port or is canceled, up to the day of cruise arrival.

Charges to your Credit or Debit Card

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is placed on TB Tours & Transfers’ official site - this is typically reflected in your account within 24 hours. If the date that you choose is unavailable, TB Tours & Transfers will offer an alternative day or time.

Prices and Exchange Rates

Prices are quoted and charged in US dollars.

Credit Card Safety

[email protected] wants you to feel safe when making a secure reservation online. For this reason we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your credit card and other sensitive information when you make reservations for our tours. The process of encryption prevents unauthorized individuals from viewing your information as it is securely transmitted over the internet. Once received, your credit card information is not transmitted over the internet again.

On the day of your tour, you must bring your credit card and a valid form of ID. If you prefer, send a copy of your credit card and photo ID (front and back) via email to [email protected], at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
